CD Plus provides Northern Trust clients with 100% consistency between Controlled Disbursement notification totals and posted totals every day.
Circumstances such as differences between dollar amounts read by the Federal Reserve's check processing equipment and that of Northern Trust can result in discrepancies. CD Plus is designed to systematically account for such discrepancies so that the check activity total posted to your account equals your final CD notification.
With CD Plus, you can use CD totals to make investment and funding decisions early, and book final accounting entries today with the confidence that account postings will match those numbers tomorrow.
