Transform the accounts receivable function from a clerical back-office process to a service-oriented billing and collection function. Through use of Northern Trust's state-of-the-art lockbox imaging capabilities, your staff can accelerate posting of payments and resolution of payment inquiries.
Northern Trust captures images of all checks and associated remittance documents, and presents them to you on a same-day basis through our Web-based information reporting tool, Treasury Passport. Images can also be delivered via CD-ROM or to an in-house imaging system via direct transmission. Both Passport and CD-ROM offer robust, fully-indexed search capabilities, allowing your staff to find the payment information they need quickly and easily.
