Steven R. Bell
Steven R. Bell
Steve Bell is Chairman and CEO of the Western Region at Northern Trust. In this position he is responsible for managing the company’s investment management, trust and estate planning, private and business banking and financial consulting business in California, Nevada and Washington.
Previously, Steve served as the head of the Wealth Management Group, a specialized unit of The Northern Trust Company which addresses the complex financial requirements of U.S. and international families who maintain single family offices. During his 27 year career at Northern Trust, he also built and ran the private banking business for Northern Trust Bank of California (1991-1997), served as a commercial real estate lender (1989-1990), worked with Chicago middle market owner/operators (1983-1988), and served as a supervisor in the Financial Analysis Division (1982-1983).
Steve received his A.B. degree with honors in economics from Duke University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. He received his M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago, with a concentration in Finance. He joined Northern Trust Company in 1982.
Steve has served as an officer and board member with various charitable, civic and educational organizations in Chicago and San Francisco. Currently Steve serves on the boards of SF Jazz and Team Up for Youth. He and his wife Susan reside in Menlo Park. Susan is the Vice President for The William & Flora Hewlett Foundation.
Tony Bolazina
Tony Bolazina
Tony joined Northern Trust Corporation in Chicago in 1984 as a member of the Management Training Program. His tenure with the company involved various commercial banking assignments, including lending to middle market companies and nonprofit organizations. For six years he was responsible for the commercial, private and personal banking areas of Northern Trust’s Naperville, Illinois Financial Center.
He was active in the Denver community, having served on advisory boards such the University of Colorado at Denver School of Business and the Alliance for Choice in Education (ACE). He was also on the boards of Boy Scouts of America-Denver Area Council, Downtown Denver, Inc., Regis Jesuit High School, and the Colorado Symphony.
Tony received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from DePauw University and a Masters of Management degree in Finance from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. In 2010 he earned his Certified Private Wealth Advisor designation. In 2009, he was awarded the Community Leadership Award from DePauw University.

Henry K. Boice is a Vice President and Loan Officer for the Tucson office of Northern Trust.
Boice is a native Arizonian and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Before coming to Northern Trust Bank in early 1986 he worked for ten years as Vice President and Manager of The Arizona Bank.
His most recent involvement include Rincon Rotary Club, Tucson Chamber of Commerce, Director of Ott YMCA and the Finance Board for the First Congregation Church.
