President and CEO of Florida
John D. Fumagalli is Chairman and CEO of the Florida Region of Northern Trust. In this position he has responsibility for managing the company’s investment management, trust and estate planning, private and business banking and financial consulting business in Florida.
Prior to his current role, Fumagalli served as President and Chief Executive Officer for the Southwest Florida region, as well as regional head of West Florida, with responsibility for all banking, trust and investment activities for the west coast of Florida.
John joined Northern Trust in Chicago as a Second Vice President in 1989. He was named a Vice President in 1992 and a Senior Vice President in 1999. While in Chicago, he served as the Managing Director of Northern’s Oak Street Financial Center and was responsible for the Northwestern Memorial Financial Center. In 2001 he was appointed President and CEO of the Saint Louis Financial Center. In 2005, John assumed responsibility for the Southwest Florida Region. In 2011, John was appointed Regional President of West Florida, directly responsible for all activities on the west coast of Florida.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial and private banking, John received a B.A. degree in Economics in 1983 from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, and a Masters degree in Business Administration in 1997 from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
John serves on the Foundation Boards for Naples Community Hospital and Florida Gulf Coast University, the Advisory Board for Catholic Charities, and the Saint Ann Parish Finance Council. He is on the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Collier County, the Conservancy of SW Florida, the Naples Botanical Garden, the Forum Club and the Council of Advisors of Searching For Solutions, Inc.

Michael J. Bracci is responsible for the private banking, trust and investment operations in the Bank's Five offices within Palm Beach and Martin Counties. In addition, he continues to manage the Bank's regional headquarters located in North Palm Beach.
Prior to becoming President, Mike served as the Senior Lender for the Palm Beach/Martin Region and as the Managing Executive of the North Palm Beach office.
Mike joined Northern Trust in 1993 as Vice President, Private Banking in the Palm Beach office.
Before joining Northern Trust, Mike was the Vice President Commercial Banking Team Leader at First Union in West Palm Beach. Following completion of First Union's training program, Mike held various banking and management positions.
Mike received a B.A. degree in economics from Tulane University (1987) and holds his Series 6 and 63 licensures.
He is Trustee and Treasurer of the Palm Beach Community Chest-United Way and a Board Member and former President (2002-2004) of the Palm Beach County Literacy Coalition. He is an active board member on the following boards: Nicklaus Children's Health Care Foundation, the Palm Beach County Cultural Council. He is also a member of the Palm Beach County Economic Council and a Board Member of the Kravis Center for Performing Arts.
