John D. Fumagalli
John D. Fumagalli
Prior to his current role, Fumagalli served as President and Chief Executive Officer for the Southwest Florida region, as well as regional head of West Florida, with responsibility for all banking, trust and investment activities for the west coast of Florida.
John joined Northern Trust in Chicago as a Second Vice President in 1989. He was named a Vice President in 1992 and a Senior Vice President in 1999. While in Chicago, he served as the Managing Director of Northern’s Oak Street Financial Center and was responsible for the Northwestern Memorial Financial Center. In 2001 he was appointed President and CEO of the Saint Louis Financial Center. In 2005, John assumed responsibility for the Southwest Florida Region. In 2011, John was appointed Regional President of West Florida, directly responsible for all activities on the west coast of Florida.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial and private banking, John received a B.A. degree in Economics in 1983 from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, and a Masters degree in Business Administration in 1997 from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
John serves on the Foundation Boards for Naples Community Hospital and Florida Gulf Coast University, the Advisory Board for Catholic Charities, and the Saint Ann Parish Finance Council. He is on the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Collier County, the Conservancy of SW Florida, the Naples Botanical Garden, the Forum Club and the Council of Advisors of Searching For Solutions, Inc.

George Lehach
George began his career at Northern Trust in 1983 in the Sarasota, Florida office. He has over thirty years experience in the banking and trust industry with a primary focus in the portfolio management area.
George received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the State University of New York and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
George has been very active in many civic activities and is presently a Board member of the Hibiscus Children's Foundation, Martin Memorial Foundation and Martin Memorial Health Systems, the Atlantic Classical Orchestra and the Lyric Theatre.
George enjoys golf and tennis.
George and his wife Kathy have two children and reside in Stuart.
