Francis J. Murgolo is a Senior Vice President and a Co-Managing Director of The Northern Trust International Banking Corporation. His primary responsibility is Head of Operations which includes Funds Transfer, Customer Service and Investigations, Financial Management, Compliance, Product Development and Business Continuity.
Mr. Murgolo began his career at The Northern Trust International Banking Corporation as a Supervisor of the Control Department. He was promoted to Operations Officer in 1984, Second Vice President in 1986, Vice President in 1990, Deputy Manager in 1997, Operations Manager in 1999, Senior Vice President in 2001 and Managing Director in 2006.
Prior to joining Northern Trust, he held Internal Auditing positions at Chemical Bank, NY and Banco Do Brazil, NY.
Mr. Murgolo has been Director and Senior Vice President since 2003 of The Northern Trust Company of New York. He received his A.A.S. degree in accounting from Nassau Community College and his B.S. degree in accounting from Long Island University. He served on the Risk Committee of the IFSA (formerly know as the USCIB) in 1995 and 1996.

James H. Peterson is a Managing Director of The Northern Trust International Banking Corporation and heads the Global Marketing and Relationship Management team. He is responsible for global business development and managing our international banking relationships. Mr. Peterson also coordinates the credit aspects of client relationships.
Prior to joining Northern Trust, he held International Cash Management, International Marketing, International Correspondent Banking and International Operations positions with Money Center and Super regional U.S. Banks.
James received his B.A. degree in Business Administration from Hope College in Michigan. He has been a part of the Board of Directors of the Bankers Association for Finance and Trade in Washington, D.C. since 2003.
