Aïda Molineux is a Senior Vice President and Head of Wealth Management Europe for The Northern Trust Company, London. She is responsible for Northern Trust's Wealth Management business in Europe. This business provides an array of services including Global Custody, Investment Management, Banking and Fiduciary Services to ultra-high net worth individuals and families.

Prior to assuming the role in Wealth Management, Aïda was Deputy Segment Head of the Institutional Investor Group, looking after clients in Europe, Middle East and Africa. She joined Northern Trust as a Relationship Manager in early 2000. From 2003 to 2005 Aida managed a team of Relationship Managers looking after multinational pooling and private clients. In 2005, Aïda transferred to Northern Trust’s Dublin office to head up the client services department.

Aïda has over 20 years financial services, experience of which 14 have been working in the asset administration business and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB).
