Kristin A. Missil
Kristin A. Missil is a Senior Vice President a The Northern Trust Company, Chicago. Kristin currently manages the Risk Oversight and Financial Reporting team for Northern Trust Global Securities Lending. She joined Northern Trust in 2000 and has been involved with various risk and product development initiatives for Securities Lending since that time. Her team supports numerous internal risk oversight processes related to Securities Lending activity, including investment risk, borrower risk quantification and overall business risk analyses. She oversees the calculation of capital requirements under the current and risk-based Basel II rules. Additionally, the team is responsible for business unit financial and performance reporting.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Kristin was a Financial Risk Analyst at Ford Motor Credit in Dearborn, Michigan from 1998 to 2000; a Project Manager at Comerica Bank in Detroit from 1994 to 1997; and a Defense Analyst at Vector Research Inc. in Ann Arbor, Michigan from 1992 to 1994.

Kristin received a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Michigan.
