Lauretta M. Krysztopik
Lauretta M. Krysztopik is a Vice President at the Northern Trust Company, Chicago. She is a Manager of Account Managers in the Securities Lending Department within the Northern Trust Global Investments business unit.

Lauretta joined Northern Trust in 1988. In 1995, she was named in Officer in the Benefit Payment division of Worldwide Operations & Technology, where she was a Client Service Manager supporting Corporate & Institutional Services Clients. In 1998, she became a Second Vice President. She was named a Vice President in 2002, and served as a Process Manager where she was responsible for the Business Process Analyst group that was in charge of the web development of the Benefit Payment Passport product. She oversaw the conversion of over 650 clients to the new core processing system. She became the Division Manager in 2004. She joined the Securities Lending Department in 2006.
