At Northern Trust, the security of client accounts is top priority.

For Personal clients, new Private Passport security measures have been put in place to enhance security for your peace of mind.

In addition to 24-Hour account access monitoring:

  • All User IDs must contain a combination of letters and numbers.
  • Users will be prompted to enroll in our enhanced security after successfully signing on to Private Passport.

These measures will provide you with enhanced protection to further our goal of keeping your Private Passport online transactions safe and secure.
