Lynne Kostakis serves as Executive Director of Alternative Investments for Wealth Management. In this role, she drives growth for the Wealth Management alternative investment platform and leads the development and execution of alternative investment strategies, ensuring alignment with the firm’s overall objectives to deliver compelling, innovative, client-focused solutions.

Prior to her current role, Lynne most recently was Global Head of Client Strategy and Enablement for Northern Trust Asset Management where she was responsible for driving deliberate, disciplined design and delivery of experiences to clients. Lynne also has previously served as Head of Client Experience, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), and Head of Strategy for Northern Trust Asset Management, Institutional Client Group. Lynne joined Northern Trust in 2016, following a distinguished fifteen-year career at Aurora Investment Management, LLC where she was Director of Allocations and Business Strategy and member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Lynne received her B.S. degree from DePaul University and earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Lynne actively serves as a board member for Options for Youth. Previously, she served as an advisor to The Braver Collective and co-chaired the Campaign Steering Committee as a member of the Resource & Development Committee at UCAN. Lynne is also the former President of Women in Leadership, a business resource council at Northern Trust.
