Effat is currently responsible for Northern Trust Company Saudi Arabia business activities, also serving as the Board Secretary for The Northern Trust Company Saudi Arabia. Along with key engagements with the Capital Market Authority. Effat Holds a bachelor degree in Sociology from the King Abdulaziz University, and has 15 years of experience within Capital Markets.
Prior to assuming the current responsibilities, Effat was leading the Compliance and AML Function within the Middle East. She was appointed as a senior compliance in recognised financial institutions, among which; HSBC Saudi Arabia and PNB Paribas Investment Co. KSA.
