Susan Czochara is practice lead of the retirement solutions group at Northern Trust Asset Management. She is responsible for the development and distribution of investment solutions and research content designed for the retirement market.

Prior to her start in the retirement solutions group in 2006, Susan had various product management roles supporting quantitative management strategies and taxable fixed income investment solutions. Her responsibilities included the coordination of marketing, reporting and compliance issues related to these products.

Susan has addressed various industry groups at conferences and been quoted in the press (Pension and Investments, PLANSPONSOR, Plan Adviser, 401K Specialist, and the Wall Street Journal).

Susan received a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and an MBA from Northwestern University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has her FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations.
