She is a member of the Asset Management Executive Group and is responsible for the strategic direction and commercial success of NTAM’s institutional businesses in the Americas, as well as Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions.

Sheri B. Hawkins is head of investment platform services for Northern Trust Asset Management. She serves on the Asset Management Executive Group and leads equity trading, index services, sustainability, stewardship and client portfolio management teams.

Michael Hunstad is global co-chief investment officer for Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM). In this capacity, he oversees a broad range of investment capabilities from index, fundamental, quantitative and tax-advantaged strategies to active, multi-asset class solutions and alternative investments. Michael is also responsible for the development of investment vision and philosophy and leads an investment team of more than 300 professionals globally. Additionally, he is a member of the Asset Management Executive Group, Investment Policy Committee and Risk Committee.

Kaushal Joshi, chief information officer for Northern Trust Asset Management, serves on the asset management executive group and drives the strategic direction of technology across the business globally.

Paula Kar is global head of product for Northern Trust Asset Management. She is a member of the Asset Management Executive Group with oversight of product strategy, innovation, commercialization and governance for all investment products globally.

Archana Kumar is the global chief operating officer for Northern Trust Asset Management. She is a member of the Asset Management Executive Group with oversight of strategy, operations, data and digital efforts, and the continued development of a strong global control and enablement environment.

Gerard van Leusden is head of international institutional client group at Northern Trust Asset Management. He is a member of the Asset Management Executive Group with oversight of all international sales and service teams to ensure exceptional client service.
