A Message from the Chief Social Impact Officer
Northern Trust has served as a loyal partner to communities for more than 136 years. Part of this endeavor is our commitment to nurturing the social fabric of the neighborhoods where we live, operate, and work because strengthening our communities forges a path to long-term value for all our stakeholders. Their expertise allows us to give back effectively through life-changing projects, while our employees’ commitment to their local neighborhoods brings our values to life, reflecting the same care and dedication we bring to serving our clients.
Whether it’s mentoring students, packing essential aid kits, or feeding the homeless, every contribution strengthens those around us and embodies the values we hold dear. In the last decade, we are proud to have donated more than $230 million and performed over 1 million hours of volunteer service.
