Nadia Cobalovic is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Omnium Services and Total Portfolio Solutions at Northern Trust. She leads global teams across twenty-five locations in thirteen countries, delivering software and services to alternative asset managers and asset owners across public and private markets.

Omnium Services encompasses middle office, back office, fund administration, and data delivery, while Total Portfolio Solutions focuses on middle office services and portfolio analytics. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, Nadia plays a central role in driving business growth, shaping strategic initiatives, and developing talent to support the organization’s continued scale and evolving client needs.

Previously, Nadia served as Co-Chief Operating Officer for Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services, where she was responsible for middle office operations, risk management, post-trade compliance, data delivery, and client relationship management. She brings deep experience in the alternative investment industry and has been part of the Omnium platform since its inception. Nadia began her career at Citadel Investment Group, holding roles in operations and trade management.

Nadia holds degrees from Northwestern University and DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. She serves on the Children’s Service Board at Anne & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and was recognized by The Hedge Fund Journal as one of the 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds in 2019 and 2021.
