Anwiti Bahuguna, Ph.D, is global co-chief investment officer for Northern Trust Asset Management. In partnership, she oversees the development and execution of a broad range of investment capabilities including index, fundamental, quantitative and tax-advantaged strategies, plus active, multi-asset class solutions and alternative investments.
Suzanne Casey is head of wealth client group for Northern Trust Asset Management. She is responsible for leading NTAM's distribution strategy across Northern Trust Wealth Management and Intermediary Wealth.
Shannon Crowley is global head of marketing for Northern Trust Asset Management. She is a member of the Asset Management Executive Group with oversight of global marketing strategy– driving awareness of the firm’s brand and investment expertise to initiate and strengthen client engagement.
Pedro Guazo is head of international and responsible investing for Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM). He leads the firm’s EMEA and APAC business and is a part of NTAM’s global leadership team.
Sheri B. Hawkins is head of investment platform services for Northern Trust Asset Management. She serves on the Asset Management Executive Group and leads equity trading, index services, sustainability, stewardship and client portfolio management teams.
Michael Hunstad is President of Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM), where he is responsible for developing long-term business strategies, delivering world-class investment solutions and services for its clients, cultivating strategic relationships, and developing talented investment professionals.
Kaushal Joshi, chief information officer for Northern Trust Asset Management, serves on the asset management executive group and drives the strategic direction of technology across the business globally.
Paula Kar is chief product officer for Northern Trust Asset Management. She is a member of the Asset Management Executive Group with oversight of product strategy, innovation, commercialization, and governance for all investment products globally.
Archana Kumar is the global chief operating officer for Northern Trust Asset Management. She is a member of the Asset Management Executive Group with oversight of strategy, operations, data and digital efforts, and the continued development of a strong global control and enablement environment.
Gerard van Leusden is head of international institutional client group at Northern Trust Asset Management. He is a member of the Asset Management Executive Group with oversight of all international sales and service teams to ensure exceptional client service.
Joseph McInerney is chief risk officer for Northern Trust Asset Management. He is responsible for the assessment and governance of risk for all Northern Trust Asset Management activities globally, and the establishment and oversight of risk policies and frameworks. Joseph chairs the Asset Management Risk Committee.
Christian Roth is global co-chief investment officer for Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM). In this capacity, he oversees a broad range of investment capabilities from index, fundamental, quantitative and tax-advantaged strategies to active, multi-asset class solutions and alternative investments. Chris is also responsible for the development of investment vision and philosophy and leads an investment team of more than 300 professionals globally. Additionally, he is a member of the Asset Management Executive Group, Investment Policy Committee and Risk Committee.
