            Building connections and preparing to make an impact this summer 💚

            Our North American campus recruitment team were thrilled to welcome more than 100 incoming 2026 interns and analysts at our biggest ever Winter Social in early January 2026.

            Future interns and analysts had the chance to meet one another, network with Northern Trust managers and employees across our business as they prepare to join us this summer.

            We're looking forward to welcoming them officially later this year ⚓🎉
