This 2-week program included 10 sessions virtually. Week 1 set the Foundation, Week 2 set the Focus on our business and technology career pathways to prepare you for your Future.
The program concluded with an in-person interactive experience where attendees deepened their understanding of Northern Trust, networked with current Northern Trust professionals, and built tangible skills through professional development workshops.
