Oksana Komarnyckyj

Oksana works with business owners, corporate executives, families and foundations, to develop comprehensive and innovative solutions to meet their wealth management goals. Along with her colleagues, Oksana strives to bring financial wellness and peace of mind to the clients she serves.

Oksana has over 25 years of experience guiding business owners through every stage of the life of their companies, from start-up to exit. She has worked in the trenches as well as in the corporate board room, in the United States and abroad. She is a former associate with the international law firm Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher. Her work has provided her the opportunity to support entrepreneurs through an array of mentorship, venture capital and educational programs.

Oksana is a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors and long term member of the Southern Nevada Chapter steering committee. A highlight of Oksana’s career was establishing Junior Achievement in southwestern Ukraine, where she worked teaching western business practices to an emerging economy.
