Lisa Koza

Lisa Koza is Senior Vice President and Senior Managing Director of Northern Trust's Palm Beach office. She leads a team of wealth management professionals dedicated to serving successful individuals, families, business owners, executives, family offices, foundations, and nonprofit organizations. Lisa is responsible for driving the office's strategic growth while overseeing the delivery of integrated wealth management solutions, including private banking, trust and estate services, investment management, and fiduciary advisory services. She is recognized for bringing specialists together to provide holistic advice and customized strategies that help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

With more than 30 years of experience in banking and wealth management, Lisa has built her career on developing trusted client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and helping clients navigate significant financial decisions and multigenerational wealth planning. Her background includes commercial banking, private banking, lending, and wealth management leadership, enabling her to connect clients with tailored solutions across banking, fiduciary, investment, philanthropy, and estate planning disciplines. Lisa joined Northern Trust in 2005 and has held several leadership positions throughout her tenure. Prior to her current role, she served as Team Leader for the lending and private banking group in Northern Trust's North Palm Beach office. Before joining Northern Trust, she held leadership positions in banking and lending, including roles in commercial lending and commercial real estate lending. A longtime Palm Beach County resident, Lisa is deeply committed to the community she serves and to helping clients build and preserve wealth across generations.

Lisa is actively involved in numerous charitable, educational, and professional organizations throughout Palm Beach County. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Program Committee for International Women's Forum (IWF) Palm Beach and is a member of Palm Beach Atlantic University's Parents Council and United Way of Palm Beach County. She is a past President of the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County and former Advisory Council Chair of Quantum House. Her previous board and volunteer service also includes Palm Beach Dramaworks; We Are Dwyer Foundation, Edna W. Rudner Tutorial Center, Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies, and Leadership Palm Beach County.
