Jared Marchant

Jared Marchant is a Senior Vice President and serves as Chief Administrative Officer for the Global Family & Private Investment Office (GFO) practice at Northern Trust. He is a member of the GFO executive leadership team and is a part of the Wealth Management Leadership Group. As Chief Administrative Officer, Jared leads strategic planning and execution across the GFO business, partnering closely with practice and corporate leadership to drive growth, operational excellence, and innovation. In addition, Jared oversees all global marketing and communication efforts for GFO, including advertising, events, sponsorships, thought leadership, research, and content strategy. He plays a key role in aligning marketing initiatives with GFO’s broader business strategy to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.

Since joining Northern Trust in 2013, Jared has held a variety of leadership roles across Wealth Management, such as his most recent role as Director of Marketing for GFO, along with positions including senior strategist for the Family Office Advisory and Fiduciary Advisory teams, senior analyst for the GFO fiduciary practice, and prior roles in marketing. His work has focused on delivering consultative insights to clients and advisors, streamlining complex fiduciary operations, and supporting high-priority business development and business strategy initiatives across the globe.

Jared holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.
