Brad is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and CFA charter holder. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Milwaukee.

Experience

Prior to Northern Trust, Brad was Chief Investment Strategist and Head of the Investment Team for the Strong Private Client Group. Brad was also Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of U.S. Bancorp Asset Management where he managed over $3 Billion in institutional funds and high net worth client accounts. Brad started his career as a financial planner at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Community Involvement

Brad currently serves as a Director on the Board of the Milwaukee Public Museum as well as a member of the MPM Audit & Finance Committee. He has also served as a member of the Finance Committee of the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County and has been involved with many local community organizations. Brad has served in many mentor/leadership programs throughout his career, including currently with Concordia University.

Education

Brad graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BBA degree in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian.

Brad Peters joined Northern Trust in 2005. Prior to his role as Managing Director in Milwaukee, Brad was Senior Vice President and served as Investment Team Leader in Milwaukee, WI and Lake Forest, IL. Brad has over 30 years of wealth management experience.
