Over the course of his career in commercial real estate investing and asset management, Steve Todd has completed transactions involving over 8.5 million SF of properties with a value of more than $2.7 billion.
Experience
Stephen oversees a team of nine individuals performing hands-on asset management of approximately 400 direct-owned real estate investments as well as advising Northern Trust’s clients on real estate investing strategies, acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions.
Community Involvement
Stephen is active in the community having served on numerous boards, committees, and leadership roles at local non-profit organizations.
