Ben Wayne

Over the past 10 years of working in commercial banking, Ben has developed expertise in a variety of complex debt scenarios including acquisition financing, leveraged ESOP transactions, syndicated credit facilities, and private equity buyouts. Prior to his career in banking, Ben co-owned a company in the ski industry. Due to his experience operating a business in a highly seasonal industry, he has a strong knowledge of working capital cycles and can advise clients on financing structures which will help streamline operations.

Ben is a Vice President, Banking Advisor, on the Wealth Management team in Denver, CO. He works closely with clients and offers financing solutions for their businesses, real estate investments, and a variety of other personal lending needs. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Ben held underwriting, portfolio management, and relationship management roles at other banks. Most recently, Ben worked as a commercial lender at KeyBank in Denver, CO where he worked with middle market businesses in a variety of industries.
