Joanne Gadd

Joanne is an accomplished financial markets professional with over 20 years of experience in multi-asset trading and client coverage. Based in Australia, she currently leads as Head of Fixed Income, APAC at Northern Trust, where she oversees strategy and execution across the region. A CFA charterholder, Joanne’s expertise spans international equities, global fixed income, and derivatives.

Throughout her career, Joanne has held senior trading and portfolio management roles at leading global investment banks and asset managers. Joanne is also a passionate advocate for gender diversity in finance and is committed to increasing the representation of women in trading and investment roles across the industry.
