We proudly support those who serve through our Armed Forces Covenant (since 2017) and we continue to advocate for Veteran hiring through our external partnerships with the Career Transition Partnership, Regular Forces Employment Association, Ministry of Defence and the Diversity Project.
Additionally, our internal employee resource group, MAARC (Military Appreciation and Assistance Resource Council) facilitates opportunities to learn more about the armed forces and to understand the strengths those with military experience bring to our organisation, whilst functioning as a conduit for Northern Trust to attract, assist, develop and retain retired military personnel.
