Scott Ciganko

Scott Ciganko is a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Northern Trust in Los Angeles. He provides investment advice to, and manages investment portfolios for, high net worth individuals, institutions and various types of trusts.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Scott provided financial planning and investment advisory services to high net worth individuals, families, executives and entrepreneurs for eighteen years. Scott has extensive experience in portfolio construction and analysis, having worked with both individual and institutional clients.

A Los Angeles native, Scott earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. 

Scott enjoys playing soccer, and hiking throughout many of California's iconic parks and nature reserves.

Scott holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP ®) designation issued by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., and received a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2010.

Scott volunteers for the Red Cross on a regular basis as a blood donor, and supports the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank; he is also a member of Native Sons of the Golden West, a fraternal service organization limited to native born Californians and dedicated to historic preservation and education, documentation of historic structures and places in the state, and other charitable functions within California.
