Before joining Northern Trust in 2007, he was a financial advisor with Thrivent in Chicago, Illinois. He was also Senior Relationship Banker and Mortgage Originator for Cosmopolitan Bank (now US Bank) in Chicago.
He graduated from The University of Iowa with a bachelor's degree in finance.
He's a Vice President and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles.
He's married and lives in Santa Barbara. Hobbies include sports, exercise, and brewing craft beer.
As portfolio manager, he specializes in the development and implementation of custom financial asset solutions for individuals, institutions, and non-profit entities. He serves as your personal Chief Investment Officer.
He serves on the Board of Directors at The Boys and Girls Club of Santa Barbara, and serves on the finance and investment committees.
