Barton Beacher

Bart Beacher serves as the Senior Investment Officer for Northern Trust in Cleveland Ohio. He specializes in investment portfolio design, construction, and implementation for high-net-worth individuals and their families. Bart also leads the Cleveland Investment Team, guiding strategic direction and fostering collaboration across the firm.

Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2016, Bart was a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Family Wealth Group at Key Private Bank, where he provided tailored investment solutions to affluent clients. He brings over 25 years of experience in the investment industry.

Committed to community engagement, Bart serves on the Governing Board of the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition (OECC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and preserving the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail.

Bart earned a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.

Bart hold a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation, administered by the Investments & Wealth Institute® and taught in conjunction with the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
