Before joining Northern Trust, Andrea founded and served as Owner and Managing Attorney of Hamud Law Group, where she advised high net worth clients on sophisticated estate plans, matters of fiduciary oversight, and trust administration. She also managed complex matters involving fiduciary accountings, capacity, and complex family dynamics. Earlier in her career, she served as a Senior Attorney at a boutique law firm in Newport Beach, where she managed the firm's robust probate litigation and estate planning practices.

Andrea is an active member in her community supporting charities such as Miracles for Kids and Orange County Rescue Mission that assist underprivileged women and children. Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and twin daughters, gardening, and traveling.
