Erica Hayden

As Managing Director, Erica leads a team of wealth management professionals servicing the sophisticated needs of high-net-worth clients in the Denver and Rocky Mountain Region. The team provides high-touch expertise in investment management, fiduciary, private and commercial banking and specialized advisory services. She has built a career focused on client service while advising affluent individuals and families on comprehensive financing solutions. Prior to serving as Managing Director, she was a Senior Banking Advisor working with clients on custom lending structures to support their sophisticated family, business and estate planning needs.

Erica has over 18 years of experience with Northern Trust. With a career specializing in banking solutions, her expertise covered the needs of individuals and families as well as commercial lending to support businesses and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Northern Trust in Denver, she spent over eight years at Northern Trust in Chicago holding various positions in Northern Trust's banking and credit services.

Erica is a member of The Guild of the Children’s Diabetes Foundation and was a member of the Downtown Denver Leadership Program.

Erica earned her BA degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
