Katie Henderson

Katie E. Henderson is a Senior Managing Director of Northern Trust’s broader Winnetka market. Katie is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of advisors who provide exceptional client service and offer premier wealth management solutions for high-net-worth families and business owners. Katie also guides the strategic direction of the business to accelerate growth on Chicago’s North Shore.

Katie has over 20 years of experience in Wealth Management, holding leadership positions spanning client service, operations, strategy, and innovation. Prior to her current role, Katie led the growth and expansion of Northern Trust’s strategic, external partnerships to deliver wealth management capabilities to executives and emerging leaders. Throughout her career, she has centered her work on how to most effectively add value for clients while simultaneously driving the business forward.

Katie is an active member of the North Shore community and lives in Wilmette with her two daughters. She has formerly served on the Associate Boards of Rush University Medical Center and the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Foundation.
