Dave A. Isaacson

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Dave served in a variety of roles at national organizations including Chief Investment Officer and Regional Investment Manager. Dave spent 17 years at US Bank & Piper Jaffray Capital where he was a member of the US Bank Asset Allocation Committee and headed up Global Investment Strategies for Wealth Management.

Dave is the co-founder of 1Hope a non-profit committed to serving the foster community in Kenosha County. 1Hope’s goal is to support foster families with the goal of providing a safe home environment for every foster child in Kenosha County. Dave currently serves the organization as a volunteer consultant providing financial and business decision advice.

Dave received his B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Corporate Finance, from Bob Jones University.

Dave joined The Northern Trust Company in March 2025, bringing over 33 years of trust and investment management experience to the company.
