Monika Lopez

Monika Lopez is a Senior Investment Officer and Senior Vice President at The Northern Trust Company. In her role, Monika oversees the activities of the Orange County Portfolio Advisors, who collectively manage $5 billion in assets under management. Additionally, Monika specializes in comprehensive wealth management and advisory services, with a focus on creating investment strategies that are structured to meet client goals with the highest degree of confidence. Investment strategies are highly customized and grounded in best–available thinking. Monika has a keen ability to fashion the proper asset mix to satisfy the short and long term goals of a family. She has a deep understanding of how assets contribute and perform in a portfolio.

Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2006, Monika spent 5 years as a Relationship Manager for The Vanguard Group. There Monika managed a book of high net worth clients and helped them achieve their investment and retirement goals. Duties ranged from placing trades, discussing asset allocation and providing investment ideas.
