Alison Mast

Alison Blair Mast is a Senior Managing Director and the President of Western Michigan for Northern Trust Wealth Management. Alison is responsible for leading Northern Trust's Grand Rapids-based team in the delivery of holistic advice and outstanding client service, while seeking to accelerate the growth of the firm's wealth management business in the Western Michigan Region.

Previously, Alison served as the Head of Strategy for Northern Trust's Wealth Management business. In that capacity, Alison worked closely with practice and corporate leadership to identify, prioritize and implement strategic initiatives within Wealth Management. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Alison worked as a management consultant at Accenture Strategy and McKinsey & Company, where she developed deep expertise in integrated operating models, strategic organizational design and cost reduction. She also served as a Corps Member for Teach For America, teaching Spanish at Hartford Public High School in Connecticut.

Alison is a Board and Finance Committee Member for the Frederik Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids, Michigan and a Board Member for Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes. She also previously served as Board Member and Resource Development Committee Chair for Ignite in Chicago.

Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Bachelor of Arts with honors in English and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Michigan.

Served as a Corps Member for Teach For America.
