Lucy is a Senior Vice President who, for more than a decade, has specialized in trust-owned life insurance and Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust (ILIT) administration for Northern. She manages Northern Trust's ILIT Department and chairs the bank's National Life Insurance Committee.

Prior to joining Northern, Lucy held a successful 11-year career in fundraising for arts and education nonprofits. She also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Africa working with the Lesotho Ministry of Education, impoverished elementary schools, and HIV/AIDS activists.
