Tom is an Executive Vice President of The Northern Trust Company and serves as President of the West Florida Region, Wealth Management. He leads eight offices across West Florida, supported by a team of seasoned professionals who deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions to high-net-worth clients, families, and business owners, including investment management, trust and advisory, and banking.

Experience

Tom joined Northern Trust in 1999 and has held several leadership roles across South Florida, including serving as Senior Market Executive for Broward County. Prior to joining Northern Trust, he spent 12 years in the financial services industry with Wells Fargo, where he held several senior leadership positions.

Community Involvement

A committed community leader, Tom has served on the boards of numerous civic and nonprofit organizations. His past service includes Nova Southeastern University’s Levan Ambassadors Board, the Broward Performing Arts Center, Broward Workshop, and the Community Foundation of Broward, where he served as Secretary. He currently serves on the boards of the Memorial Foundation and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation, Naples Zoo, Naples Historical Society, Collier Community Foundation, and the Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation.

Education

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in 1986, graduating cum laude. In 1996, he completed the Executive Management Program at Florida State University.
