Devin Paltenghi

Devin Paltenghi joined Northern Trust Wealth Management in Phoenix as a Senior Vice President and Senior Banking Advisor in 2023. He has over 15 years of commercial real estate and specialized lending, banking and capital markets expertise. He is responsible for sourcing and strengthening client relationships with first class service in an effort to customize and execute complex credit facilities through a variety of assets and structures, including commercial real estate, private operating businesses, marketable securities, alternative investments, private stock, executive aircraft, yachts, fine art, life insurance, and subscription & capital call facilities.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Devin was a Director with Wells Fargo Bank in the Commercial Real Estate Group within the Corporate and Investment Banking Division. In this capacity, he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, closing, and portfolio management across a diverse loan portfolio and customer base. Devin successfully managed a loan portfolio totaling over $1.5B and participated in the closing of nearly $4B in loans. Devin completed a rotation through the special assets division supporting commercial real estate and formal credit training.

Devin is an active and prior member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
