Phil Engman

Phil Engman is a Senior Vice President and Senior Managing Director for the Boca Raton and Delray Beach offices. In his time at Northern Trust, Phil was the Senior Trust Officer in the Stuart office and a member of the Wealth Advisory team in the North Palm Beach office. Immediately prior to accepting the Senior Managing Director role, Phil was the Trust Team Leader in the Boca Raton office and the Senior Fiduciary Officer for East Florida.

Before coming to Northern in 2006, Phil worked for Bryn Mawr Trust Company in Bryn Mawr, PA where he worked as a Trust and Estate Administrator for five years and as an associate in Bryn Mawr’s family office subsidiary for three years.

Phil is a board chairman for Quantum House in West Palm Beach. Phil is an avid golfer and a fan of Villanova basketball. He resides in Wellington with his wife and two children.

2006

Phil received his law degree and LLM in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude from Wilkes University with a BA in Economics and Political Science.

Phil is the 2025-26 board chairman for Quantum House in West Palm Beach. Phil is an avid golfer and a fan of Villanova basketball. He resides in Wellington with his wife and two children.
