Ellen T. Reid

As a Senior Wealth Strategist, Ellen’s primary responsibility is to develop customized financial solutions to meet the unique needs of her clients by leveraging Northern Trust’s expertise in asset management, trust services, custody, credit, and technology. She has over 30 years of experience in financial services.

Over her 25 year tenure at Northern Trust, Ellen has held senior roles in private banking, relationship management and client development in Northern’s Chicago, Greater New York and Palm Beach County, Florida markets. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Ellen worked in institutional fixed income sales at several leading investment banks.

Ellen is a member of the East Coast Estate Planning Council, the Palm Beach Civic Association, the Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach and the Norton Museum. She previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Greenwich Historical Society, YWCA Greenwich, Audubon Greenwich, the Avon Theatre Center and the Greenwich Arts Council.

Ellen graduated with a B.S. degree from Northwestern University and is a graduate of the Institute on Comparative Political and Economic Systems, sponsored by The Fund for American Studies at Georgetown University.

Ellen holds FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses and is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst.
