Rachel W. Saltsman, J.D., is Sr. Vice President and Sr. Fiduciary Officer with Northern Trust where she oversees all aspects of trust administration and estate planning for the Fort Worth and West Texas Region. Her 15 years of legal practice provide a strategic perspective for our most complex clients as they navigate through their unique multi-generational, tax, charitable, and family business challenges and opportunities.
Experience
Prior to joining Northern Trust, Rachel was a Partner with The Blum Firm, nationally recognized as a leader in estate and tax planning. Rachel is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law (Texas Board of Legal Specialization), she has been recognized by Thomson Reuters as a "Texas Rising Star Super Lawyer," and by Fort Worth, Texas magazine as one of Tarrant County's Top Attorneys in Probate, Estates, and Trusts. She serves on the Women's Health Council for Baylor All Saints Hospital and is the Treasurer of the TCBA Women's Attorney Section.
Community Involvement
Rachel serves on the Women’s Health Council for Baylor All Saints Hospital, and the Overton Elementary PTA in Fort Worth.
