Robert Stadler

Robert is a Vice President and Senior Banking Advisor at Northern Trust, where he leads the commercial banking and private banking business for Sarasota market. In his role Robert is responsible for developing new banking and wealth management business as well as managing existing client relationships. Over his 22-year career, Robert has assisted numerous individuals, families and businesses with their banking and capital needs.

Prior to Northern Trust, Robert served in various senior lending roles at several banks in Seattle and San Francisco, including Zions Bancorporation, Ascent Private Capital Management of U.S. Bank, U.S. Trust and Merrill Lynch. Robert began his banking career with the Federal Reserve Banks of Boston and San Francisco.

Member of the Argus Foundation and previously served as Board Chair for Sound Health, a regional behavioral health not-for- profit organization in the Seattle area.

Robert and his wife, Dana, and 10-year-old daughter, Ava, relocated from the west coast in 2022 to Waterside in Lakewood Ranch. Robert enjoys volunteering at Grace Community Church and time running. A former long-distance runner, Robert has run 5 marathons including Boston and Chicago.

Robert received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Cruz, Commercial Real Estate Certificate from the University of Washington and his master’s degree in international finance and economics from Brandeis International Business School.
