Paul strives to provide creative financing solutions to the firm's Banking clients by showing how Goals Powered Wealth Management benefits Wealth Creators, especially those in the Privately-Held business, QSR Franchise and Private Equity space. With his long tenure at Northern, Paul is able to bring together the right team to use the Firm's 128 year Wealth Management experience in finding creative solutions to help maximize the transfer of generational wealth. Since joining Northern Trust, he has acquired extensive experience in Commercial and Private Banking delivered in a Goals Driven Wealth Management framework. In 2008, Paul moved to Wealth Management where he took on successive challenging roles as Senior Lender, Chief Credit Officer and finally Chief Banking Officer for Wealth Management in the Central Region of the US. He currently manages the Wealth Management Commercial Banking group which services clients in the Middle Market, QSR Franchise, Fund Sponsor and Not for Profit segments.

Experience

Prior to joining Northern Trust in 1998 as a Vice President of Commercial Banking, Paul served as the Chief Financial Officer of Penn Valley Farms (1997-1998) and prior to that as Vice President for Middle Market Lending at First American Bank (1990-1997) in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

Community Involvement

Paul is a volunteer coach with the Chicago Blackhawks Blind Hockey program.
