Kristin Weaver

Kristin is the Market Leader for Northern Trust’s Wealth Management business in the western suburbs. Kristin leads a high performing, experienced team of multi-disciplinary professionals that broadly serve the investment, fiduciary, planning, and banking needs of financially successful families and individuals as it relates to building, preserving, and transferring their wealth. Kristin is accountable for the delivery of exceptional advice and differentiated service to our clients.

Kristin has over 25 years of leadership and client relationship management experience at Northern Trust in roles that span fiduciary services, estate settlement, holistic wealth management, and serving business owners’ needs in the middle market space. Kristin is a past Managing Director of Guardianship Services where her team lead the industry through focused business development and expertise in navigating clients through a complex legal system. She was also the Senior Fiduciary Officer and Trust team manager for the west suburban market responsible for fiduciary oversight as well as wealth management relationships with public and private companies and their owners. In her tenure with Northern Trust, she has been a contributor to projects for the Northern Trust Institute, fiduciary guidance, manager productivity, employee engagement, and digital transformation.

Kristin is a Board Trustee of the Hinsdale Community House, a community foundation that benefits the residents of DuPage County. She joined the board in 2023 and is a member of the executive committee and finance committee. Kristin also previously served as a board member of Access Living Metropolitan Chicago for nine years. She joined the board in 2013 and is a past executive committee member, chair of the Resource Development Committee, and member of the CEO search committee. Kristin is a past co-chair of various committees of the Hinsdale Junior Woman’s Club as well as The Lane School fundraising committee.

Kristin earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyon College.
