EXPERTISE

Alex Lian joined Northern Trust in 2022. He is a Business Development manager based in Northern Trust’s Beijing office and is responsible for the growth of asset servicing products across Mainland China.

 

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Alex worked as a business development manager at an educational investment company in Australia for 5 years and at China Distance Education Holdings Group for 7 years. He then joined China National Investment and Guaranty Corporation as a member of the financial solutions team, providing professional financial solutions and advice to various internet-based companies such as Ant Finance, JD Finance, UXIN, BEKE etc.

 

EDUCATION

Alex has a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) from CUEB in China, and a postgraduate degree in Information Systems from Central Queensland University, Rockhampton, Australia.
