Kelley Conway
Head of Strategic Change, Data & Digital
Kelley Conway is an executive vice president and serves as the head of strategic change, data & digital. In her role, Kelley designs and executes the framework for all major change initiatives to optimize risk management and financial rigor, leads the company’s data and digital strategy and roadmap to enhance the client experience and is responsible for driving productivity through producing scalable, data-driven solutions.
For more than three years, Kelley served as the company’s head of corporate and digital strategy. She has more than 20 years of consulting experience, including leading Accenture’s Financial Services Technology Advisory practice in North America and Global Capital Markets Applied Intelligence practice. Prior to Accenture, she served as lead partner of Financial Services Technology Strategy, part of PwC and formerly Booz & Co.
Kelley is a recognized leader in financial services, sitting on the board of DTCC and regularly presenting at industry conferences and publishing thought leadership. Kelley has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. She is active in the Chicago community, a 2017 Fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago and a board member of The Museum of Science and Industry Chicago.
