Juliana Ricks is the National Practice Lead of Northern Trust’s Real Estate group. In her role, Juliana manages a team of professionals that oversees commercial, residential and agricultural real property held in trusts and estates where Northern Trust serves as fiduciary.

Juliana has more than 25 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance and acquisitions.  Prior to joining Northern Trust, she was a Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Whittier Trust and before that a Managing Director of Real Estate in a single-family office, Saban Real Estate. Juliana has held positions at Investcorp International, Tishman Speyer and Crow Holdings. Over her career, she has managed real estate portfolios totaling over $12 billion in value, acquired over $1 billion of new properties and successfully sold over $500 million in real estate.

Juliana received her B.S. in city planning from Cornell University, her MBA from Kellogg School of Management, and her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
