Mark uses his strong estate planning, fiduciary, and legal background to help clients achieve their goals while understanding the nuance of wealth and family dynamics. Clients rely on Mark as a trusted advisor and relationship manager who may illuminate new financial or family planning and administration opportunities as well as assist with the myriad complexity of existing trusts and estate plans.

Experience

Mark began his career practicing law at prominent law firms, Dentons and Faegre Drinker, with a specialized focus on estate and business succession planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. He then moved to the private banking and financial services industry as a senior fiduciary administrator for Wells Fargo, serving as a corporate trustee on a large network of client relationships and trust accounts in the markets of Texas and Arizona.

Community Involvement

Mark currently sits on the Advisory Council for the Texas Can Academies where he serves as Co-Chair of the Finance Committee. Licensed to practice law in multiple states, Mark is a member of the Central Texas Estate Planning Council as well as the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section (RPTE) of the American Bar Association. He is fluent in Spanish and has experience translating legal documents, including while representing clients in pro bono cases.
