As Senior Managing Director, Roger leads an experienced advisory team that broadly serves the investment, fiduciary, planning and banking needs of financially successful families and individuals as it relates to building, preserving and transferring their wealth. He is accountable for the delivery of exceptional advice and service to our clients.
Experience
Roger was previously a Division Head in The Northern Trust Company's Corporate Banking Group, providing capital to family held businesses in the Midwest and Florida. Roger joined Northern Trust in 1995 and has held positions in relationship management, credit underwriting, corporate trust and operations.
Community Involvement
Roger is a Board Member of Easter Seals DuPage and the Fox Valley Region. Roger joined the board in 2009, is the past Treasurer and currently serves as Vice Chairman.

B.B.A. degree from the University of Iowa. M.B.A. degree in Finance from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.
